How much does it cost to order a sample pack?
It’s absolutely free.
Are Greeting Cards in the sample pack?
No. At the moment we are unable to offer pre-printed samples of our Greeting Cards.
Can I get a sample of your custom products?
No. Sorry, we don’t currently offer samples of our custom products, such as Drinkware, Notebooks or Planners.
Can I order custom proofs?
No. Sorry, our samples are pre-printed with MOO designs and are for demonstration purposes only. However, you can generate a downloadable PDF preview of your design(s) or send it via email when designing your products. And thanks to our MOO Promise, if you’re still not 100% satisfied when your order arrives, we’ll reprint for free.
How many sample packs can I order?
Just the one please. We’re glad you like them, but we want to make sure there’s enough for other people as well.
