Founded and headquartered in London, we’re an online technology and manufacturing business that is passionate about great design and the difference it can make to our customers and the world. We design, manufacture, and sell premium print and branded merchandise products to our corporate customers around the world.
MOO launched back in 2006 with the aim to disrupting the trillion-dollar global print industry. We’ve successfully achieved this – today we are the market leader in the fast-growing premium segment. While branded corporate merchandise has traditionally been low quality and disposable, MOO continues to disrupt the market by applying superior design and quality standards to deliver attractive and sustainable customised products that appeal to brand-conscious corporate customers. Sustainability is fundamental to our business – what MOO provides is the antithesis of traditional, poor quality, throwaway corporate merchandise.
We want to set a new standard for print, with remarkable new products that bring great design and uncompromising, high standards to the web. While many other printers have chosen to use new technologies to simply reduce the costs of printing (and often the quality), we strive to make print not only cost-effective but better than ever before.
Design is key to everything MOO does – we exist to make great design more accessible and sustainable. We control the entirety of the design, production and sales process to guarantee a high-quality experience for all our customers.
Professional-quality design has traditionally been expensive or out of reach for most people; MOO is changing this. We're passionate about helping everyone design the best looking and highest quality print products, products that will help them or their business look great.

MOO’s expanding product range is driving our growth.
Starting with business cards, our product range has subsequently been expanded to include flyers, stickers, notebooks, and water bottles, with these newer products proving increasingly popular. We’ve other exciting, branded products in the pipeline, many of which (such as our WFH packs) are driven by opportunities arising from the evolving nature of work following the pandemic.
Today MOO has hundreds of thousands of customers in more than 190 countries. We’ve become a much-loved brand, with a 70% NetPromoter rating. And we’ve expanded to currently operate out of six locations across the UK and US, with more to come.
Until the pandemic struck, MOO had grown every quarter since we were founded in 2006. And we’ve successfully emerged from the pandemic as a stronger, more profitable business, able to provide our growing customer base with the high quality, sustainable, branded products they want in this new world of work.
Richard is the man responsible for creating one of the fastest-growing print businesses in the world.
Fascinated by game-changing technology and design, Richard is driven to create products people love to own.
With design close to his heart, it should come as no surprise that he lists attention to detail, a drive for perfection, and innovation as pillars to his own (and MOO’s) success.
Richard admits to having made "every mistake in the book" during MOO's early years. He seems to have got the hang of it now, though.

Nick has been part of teams that have led organizations through profitable growth, in times of tremendous scaling. He welcomes the chance to help our customers grow and develop. Outside work for Nick means being outside – mountain biking, skiing and boating.

Over the past twenty years, Jacylyn has strengthened the culture at all kinds of businesses – from startups to household names. Outside of work, she loves tapping into her 100% Italian roots, spending time with her family and volunteering at dog rescues.

Gina is responsible for attracting as many people as possible to MOO. Since she joined us in 2013, her strategic vision and unstoppable drive has helped the exponential growth of our US business. She describes herself as the kind of person who gets stuff done.

A practising solicitor with a background in strategy and change management, Kate spent 15 years as a corporate lawyer. Before MOO, she was the General Counsel of Not On The High Street. Outside of work you’ll find Kate with her family and cockapoo dog, Inca.

Scott is responsible for manufacturing all our products, and has held operations roles at several tech companies – from small start-ups to large enterprises. His passion is building things people will love. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling the world with his wife.

An award-winning design leader, Ruth has led the development and creative direction of many high profile furniture and lifestyle product launches. When not busy creating future design classics, she’ll take her camper van to the beach and go running, kayaking and surfing.
“I love creative storytelling – building a range of products that share a connection and identity.”
With an engineering background in IT and communications, Claire loves that MOO’s still small enough that she can name every person in her team. Outside of MOO, you’ll likely find her in a pond or lake – spending blissful hours open water swimming.

During his time with MOO, Benjamin has overseen continuous process improvements to align internal and external financial reporting requirements with sustainable growth. Outside of work, he enjoys music, theater, good food – and travelling with his husband, Pip.
