About the awards

Each year, Newsweek partners with Statista, a global leader in data and consumer insights, to identify the companies delivering the strongest customer service experiences in the United States.
For the 2026 rankings, the evaluation was based on more than 200,000 customer evaluations, gathered through an independent survey of individuals who had made purchases, used services, or researched products or services within the past three years.
This year’s results spotlight 730 companies across 166 categories, recognizing organizations that consistently meet (and exceed) customer expectations. Being included among this group is an achievement we’re incredibly proud of.
