Why MOO’s not just another merch company

We’ve been helping bring brands to life since 2006. First with feel-good, fast-shipped print, and now with a range of custom branded merch – from stylish, spill-proof Water Bottles and Tumblers, all the way to our award-winning Twist Pen.

We’ve grown a lot without losing that attention to the tiny-but-crucial details, and so have the brands we work with. It’s why we’re doing more than ever to help our customers make connections that lastsupport our customers. Here’s how.

We know our stuff

Even when we just did print, you could tell a MOO Business Card based on feel alone. Where others flopped, ours just felt… nicer. Thicker. Fancier. And they’re still award (and client) winners today – only now we apply that same obsession to even more products. 

From the Swiss-style, lay-flat binding of our Hardcover Notebook, to our expertly-cut, any-shape-goes Die Cut Stickers, we’re still honing our skills, polishing our processes, and tweaking our tech, 20 years on. Basically, if our logo’s on it, you can trust it with yours.

Design’s in our DNA

Some places let you stick your logo on any bottle. At MOO, we do things differently. We spend months, sometimes years, developing our products, whether we’re sweating over the layout of the humble Planner, or the Red Dot Design Award-winning silhouette of our Twist Pen.

Our love for beautiful, impression-setting design is also why we only partner with brands like Fellow, Owala and Ember, known for their innovative, go-anywhere Drinkware. Like us, they’re here to make products for showing off on desks and countertops – not hidden or forgotten in clients’ drawers or cupboards.

Sustainability is built in – not added on

We’ve always believed in quality over quantity, and purposeful design that is about people as much as products. That’s why we’re proud to be FSC® certified, which means our print (and your brand’s!) is sourced from producers committed to responsible forestry practices that help preserve biodiversity, uphold workers’ rights, and respect communities.

“Trusting our supply chain felt as important as the quality, look and feel of our products,” explains Luke Landers, MOO’s Head of Sustainability. “FSC® certification demonstrates our commitment to sourcing materials from responsibly managed forests, with full traceability.”
