He built his expertise in senior executive roles for a range of tech and consumer brands. His goal is to help us scale and achieve profitable growth while retaining the best parts of our great culture.
Outside work, it’s less about the numbers and more about family, bluegrass banjo, and travel. His wife’s a food blogger – “so when I’m not at work these days, it feels like I do a lot of eating” he says.
Ed’s background in technology and consumer brands makes him a natural fit for us at MOO. He said: “I’ve been around the tech space a lot, but it’s great to combine tech with a great brand and something tangible. Having a physical product brings an emotional connection.”
Nick holds responsibility for our revenue, leading our manufacturing and operations teams.
Throughout his career, Nick has been part of teams that have led organizations through profitable growth during times of tremendous scaling.
Outside work, for Nick, means being outside – mountain biking, skiing and boating.
Nick welcomes the chance to help our customers grow and develop.“It’s all about helping entrepreneurs build their business,” he says. “I’m excited to be part of a company whose mission it is to help businesses of all sizes”. Which, of course, is what we’re here for.
Stephanie leads our customer team and holds guardianship of our brand.
An award-winning marketer, Stephanie launched our Boston office, taking a huge step forward in making MOO a global brand. She’s responsible for our brand strategy and making sure we stay close to our customers.
Stephanie’s two big passions are the ocean and music. She has a formidable record library – with her purple vinyl of Purple Rain the jewel in her collection.
So, why MOO? “I find it so thrilling to work on a brand that I love, and watch it flourish,” she says. “And I’ve always had amazing teams – no-one can make magic happen alone.”
Kingsley is responsible for our people and culture and strives to make sure MOO is a great place to work.
He’s spent most of his career in progressive, fast-paced environments and came to MOO in January 2018 after growing games development company, king.com.
Outside of work, one of Kingsley's main passions is the ocean – whether that’s marine conservation or spending time at his seaside holiday home with his peacock, William (true story!).
"And Kingsley's love for MOO? “The balance of commerciality and creativity drew me to MOO,” he says. “I’m most excited about building experiences that are distinctive and unique to MOO's very special company culture.”
Marta drives our tech strategy and leads this fast-growing division of the business.
She started her career as an engineer, coding everything from games to content management systems. Marta then decided to make the switch to tech management and joined us in 2015 as Platform Director.
Marta is a self confessed “typical geek” and her passions are pretty analogue outside of work. She adores reading, whether that’s comics, manga or fantasy books, and can often be found doodling – which she says helps her focus!
“MOO is a great space for me to use a combination of my skill sets – in design and technology,” Marta says. “I also love that we are still changing and growing!”
Michele oversees all of our teams that deal with daily customer interactions.
Michele’s career has seen her in sales leadership roles at everything from a bank to a precious metal refiner – yes, real gold! She came to MOO in 2014 as a Sales Director.
At home Michele and her family spend quality time together at the beach, whatever the weather! She also claims to be able to sing the alphabet “better backwards than forwards” (we’ll have to test that).
Why did Michele choose MOO?
“We are so customer centric and focused on delivering an amazing experience, I’m really excited to be able to bring that to light.”
Scott manages our global operations team, responsible for manufacturing all of MOO’s products.
Throughout his career, he has held operations roles at several technology companies, from small start-ups to large enterprises. His main passion is building things that people will love.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys traveling the world with his wife – where they like to live like the locals.
Scott’s no stranger to MOO, having first joined the team in 2009, then again in 2017. Déjà vu? He explains: “This is my second time at MOO. It was a ton of fun the first time I worked here, why not do it again!”
Simon makes sure that everyone, from big brands to part-time enthusiasts, gets a great MOO experience.
He grew our big business offering, MOO Business Services, from “a tiny acorn into a towering oak”, as well as playing an instrumental role in helping to focus our business around our customers.
Simon admits to being an aging hockey player (field, not ice) and also boasts a secret skill as a bricklayer. All round, though, he’s a self-proclaimed generalist – he can’t be beat at trivia.
“MOO’s a fun, growing design and technology-focused company that still makes real things,” Simon explains. “What’s not to love.”
Gina leads our global marketing operation and is responsible for attracting as many people as possible to MOO.
Since she joined us in 2013, Gina’s strategic vision and unstoppable drive has helped the exponential growth of our US business.
Gina describes herself as the kind of person who gets stuff done (only she doesn’t say ‘stuff’). When she’s not working, this means getting outdoors with her family, traveling, skiing, biking, beaching.
“If you work in marketing, you’ll know how much easier it is to market a product people like,” she says. “And because our customers love MOO so much, my job is much easier.”
