1. How do I join the MOO Affiliate Program?

We work with AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction to power our affiliate program.

If you don’t yet have an AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction account, you'll need to register for one before applying to join the MOO Affiliate Program. To register for an AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction account you must complete a short form and provide details about your website(s). The affiliate networks will use this information to determine if you can join their network, and set up your affiliate account.

If you already have an AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction account, you can easily apply to the MOO Affiliate Program here: AffiliateWindow or here: Commission Junction.

Sadly, if your application for an AffiliateWindow or Commission account is rejected (this happens very rarely) you will not be able to join the MOO Affiliate Program.

2. Can my site join the MOO Affiliate Program?

We’re happy to have most types of affiliate join the MOO Affiliate Program. We don't work with PPC or Voucher Code affiliates, and email affiliates will require special approval. We will sometimes reject sites that contain unsuitable material such as illegal activities, racist, overtly political, offensive, abusive, vulgar or sexual content.

3. What happens after I’ve signed up?

If you’ve registered for an AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction account and your account registration is approved, you will receive a simple confirmation email from AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction. This email doesn’t confirm you’ve successfully been accepted on the MOO Affiliate Program.

Once you’ve applied to join the MOO Affiliate Program, a member of the MOO Affiliate Team will review your application. If your application to the MOO Affiliate Program is approved you will receive a confirmation email from the affiliate network to confirm you’ve joined our program. If for any reason your application is rejected you should receive an email to inform you as to why.

Within one week of successfully joining the MOO Affiliate Program you’ll receive a short welcome email from the MOO Affiliate Team. Your welcome email will include all the information you need to get started!

4. How do I get started and set up links on my site?

Great question! Once you’re approved as a MOO affiliate you can access a range of links and banners through your AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction account.

You can choose which products and promotion you’d like to feature on your website, then copy and paste a small snippet of HTML code into your website to display your chosen links and banners.

5. How much can I earn in commission?

There isn't a limit to the amount of commission you can earn through the MOO Affiliate Program. Lucky you! Commissions are paid for sales that are legitimately referred to moo.com from your site, via your affiliate account. The commission amount is based on the net sale (or subtotal) of an order: we don’t include the cost of rush printing, shipping, handling or tax.

6. How and when am I paid?

The affiliate networks (AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction) handle payment of any commissions you’ve earned through the MOO Affiliate Program. You can choose from direct deposit (BACS), cheques or International Wire Transfer payment methods within your AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction account. The choice is yours!

Commission Junction will reward affiliates on a monthly basis once your total commissions exceed $50. If your commissions don’t exceed $50, payment will be held until the next monthly pay date when the balance exceeds $50. More details can be found here.

7. Are there any costs involved with becoming a MOO affiliate?

Application to Commission Junction and the MOO Affiliate Program is totally free. There is a small £5 activation fee associated with registering an AffiliateWindow account, but this is refunded in your first payment. There are no other costs (e.g. minimum sales requirements or fees) associated with becoming a MOO affiliate.

8. Can I monitor sales myself?

Within your AffiliateWindow or Commission Junction account you can monitor sales, click through rates, revenue, your commission amounts and many other statistics daily. You will have access to a range of reports so you can learn how your links are performing.

Please note: commissions are manually validated by a member of the MOO Affiliate Team, and therefore many not always instantly appear within your reports.

9. Is the MOO Affiliate Program available for different countries?

For applications from the UK we would recommend joining our AffiliateWindow program – don’t worry, you’ll still earn commission on sales from around the world.

For affiliates elsewhere in the world, we’d suggest applying to all three programs on Commission Junction to benefit from earning commission from sales in GBP, USD and EUR. If you’ve already got a Commission Junction account, you can easily sign up to all three programs here: MOO US, MOO UK, MOO EU.

You are free to join our programs on both AffiliateWindow and Commission Junction, however all commissions are de-duplicated between these two networks at checkout. This means you aren’t able to receive commission from both networks.

10. What are my responsibilities as a MOO affiliate?

We’re glad you asked! It’s your job to help drive appropriate traffic to moo.com and create sales of MOO’s innovative print products. You will not be expected to fulfil orders or handle customer service queries – you can leave that to us! You must make sure that you adhere to the MOO Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions - ensuring that the material on your site is appropriate and that you use the links provided to you through the affiliate networks so that sales can be accurately tracked.

Please read this agreement carefully as you are required to adhere to the Terms & Conditions in order to remain an affiliate on our program. Failure to comply may sadly result in your removal from the program. And don’t worry, you will be notified with at least seven days notice if the Terms & Conditions of our program change in any way.

12. Can I earn commission on my own purchases?

Yes, you are able to earn commission on your own purchases from moo.com. It’s a great way to save money on frequent MOO purchases, or gain a 'kick-back' on orders you’re placing for clients. You can find out more about our commission structure here.

13. How will you know that the orders came from my site?

All banners and links to moo.com within your Commission Junction or AffiliateWindow accounts contain a unique identifier. This identifier is unique to your affiliate account: each time a customer you refer makes a purchase it can then be attributed to your affiliate account. To make sure that all purchases are tracked correctly, all links to moo.com from your website must be taken from Commission Junction or AffiliateWindow. 14. Are commissions paid if orders are cancelled or returned?

No, if an order is cancelled or returned we will not validate the commission. We also reserve the right to decline commissions on any orders believed to be fraudulent.

15. Do affiliates process orders and handle customer service questions instead of MOO?

No, you needn’t worry about all that! MOO is fully responsible for processing and printing orders and handling customer service questions. You only need to drive appropriate traffic to moo.com and create sales of MOO’s innovative print products.

16. I own more than one web site. Can I still be a MOO affiliate?

You sure can! We’re happy to accept affiliates on to the MOO Affiliate Program with more than one site. Your AffiliateWindow and Commission Junction accounts should list all your websites and provide information on each. For a single account with multiple websites you will receive a combined payment from the affiliate network, but be able to track performance for each website individually.

17. What if my application to the MOO Affiliate Program is denied?

In order to build the best affiliate program in the business, we aim to accept only the best applications. We will likely decline any application deemed to be inappropriate, incomplete or would be in violation of the MOO Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

Before making an application to the program, please make sure your website is online: this gives us the opportunity to learn more about you and your site and the ways we can work together.

If you feel your application was denied by mistake, or you have made the necessary changes to your application following an initial declination, please re-apply. In some circumstances your application may still be declined. If you still wish to join the MOO Affiliate Program, please contact us directly.

18. I need to contact someone regarding the MOO Affiliate Program. How can I do this?
