Picture your dream job. Then add cake.
We are an award-winning online print and design company specialising in business stationery and promotional materials. We use technology to help make great design accessible to everyone, and have a little fun along the way.
We want to set a new standard for print, with remarkable new products that bring great design and uncompromising, high standards to the web. Whilst many other printers have chosen to use new technologies to simply reduce the costs of printing (and often the quality), we strive to make print not only cost-effective but better than ever before.
From tiny beginnings we now have 400 employees, with two offices in the UK and four in the USA.
We print all our paper products in-house. Our Dagenham (UK) and Lincoln (USA) warehouses combine the latest digital printing with traditional techniques like letterpressing.
We scored a hat trick at the 2016 International Customer Management Institute Awards, winning Best Small Contact Centre, Best Chat Support and Best Use of Technology. We've previously won 3 Webby Awards and were named one of 10 British ‘dotcoms to watch’ by the Guardian newspaper.
You’ll be working with smart, friendly, talented, enthusiastic people from all around the world. People who work hard to give our customers the best possible MOO experience. We follow six strong values:
23% of us enjoyed a promotion in 2015. If you want to grow tall, MOO’s there for you. We’ll cheer you on and offer all the internal and external development opportunities you could hope for.
You'll get 25 days holiday plus we'll give you an additional day for each year of service, subsidised gym membership, season ticket loans, childcare vouchers and BUPA medical cover. Plus there’s a company pension (we'll match 3–5% of what you pay in), life assurance of 4x your salary, a cycle to work scheme and paid parental leave. And all the free ice cream you can eat.
Every office has a party. But ours are a bit special. We dress up, we drink, we eat and we celebrate summer, winter, a new product launch or just because we feel like it.
We don't think so. Our offices have plenty of break-out space for team lunches, ping-pong matches, foosball tournaments, board games, celebrations, conversations, drinks on Friday and, well, pretty much anything else you might want to use it for.
Knowledge, like a big bag of M&M’s, is best shared. That’s the idea behind MOO U – so we organise workshops on everything from coding to creativity to comedy.
At the end of the week, we get all gladiatorial. Who’s up for a tug of war on a Friday afternoon?
Every Friday we sit down to lunch together. Sometimes it’s burritos, sometimes it’s burgers, occasionally it’s teriyaki salmon, but it’s always free.
