Lucas sees MiniCards as a great way to help his clients find the perfect property – or at least, help them remember exactly what was so perfect about the property they've just seen. "Selecting images from a specific property for my MiniCards and leaving them in the home for sale with a link to view the online showcase is a cool way to direct people to the online presentation and reduce paper consumption." Lucas tells us. Clients can then take the MiniCards away and show the property to their other halves, or remind themselves what each room looked like (memory can be deceptive!) before deciding to make a purchase.Branding boost
