Sigmund Freud

Postcards

As far as slightly mysterious promotions go, this Rorschach inkblot is the perfect design; maybe it’s a secret event invite and it’s up to them to figure it out, or perhaps it’s a pop-up venue so cool you have to guess its location. (Of course, you can use the back to write clear instructions – in case it’s a touch too cryptic!)

About the designer preview

These images were inspired by Sigmund Freud, the Austrian doctor who pioneered psychotherapy. The images echo the mirrored ink blobs used in many forms of therapy to explore a patient's unconscious. I wanted to take full advantage of the Postcard size, and Luxe paper, to present the ink blots in their best light.
