MOO ideas - things to make and do

There are lots of things you can do with MOO, the only limit is time, and your imagination! We've come up with a few different ideas to get you started.

  1. Keep out! Keep out!

A neat activity for you and the children to do together. Spend some time choosing from MOO's designer images or making Text MiniCards. Thread them together to make banners for the bedroom, or a party!
  2. Brand yourself! Brand yourself!

Add a professional touch to your handmade creations by mounting them on MiniCards. Selling your work online? Add the url, to make sure people know how to find you again.
  3. Grace and favour Grace and favour

Simply punch a small hole into several MiniCards and tie together with a pretty ribbon, for memorable save-the-date cards, wedding favours or personal invitations. A perfect little keepsake.
  4. It's a wrap! It's a wrap!

Get creative with your gift wrapping. Make Text Cards as gift tags and decorate the parcel with Stickers. Use photographs of the lucky recipient, or images to give a hint at the surprise inside!
  5. Handy... Handy...

You can use MiniCards for so many different things. Use them as business cards to advertise your work, or as labels for the products in your store.
  6. Get personal Get personal

Make truly personal cards to announce the special occasions in your life. Greeting Cards, Postcards and NoteCards can be used to announce events in the nicest of ways.
  7. Remember me? Remember me?

Save a few cards in your MiniCard pack for a little silliness and use them for cheeky bookmarks to send to friends. A great little suprise present to send in the post, or slip into a book, when no ones looking!

We spotted the idea for the MOO banners in the Flickr pool. This beautiful photo by Shell was our inspiration!

If you don't have ribbons, this idea by Charlie is great too.

Emmalynne created these wonderful bookmarks, using her own photography - they work as cute little gifts or lovely works of art.

Want to try using your cards in different ways? Meg Pickard wrote this great post about creating 'Moognets' - magnets from MiniCards.

This is also a very unique way to wrap a gift, using a MiniCard as a tag, by crazycatladym.
