It's the MOOsLETTER!
New Mosaic Frames are coming soon!

Mosaic Frames Remember our Mosaic Frames? A smart way to show your artwork or photography in mini-form to friends or clients? We've been busy refining them (with your help) and are pleased to announce that a new, updated version is coming soon.

Now in sleek black as well as white, the new version is all-acrylic and features tiny tabs to help secure your MiniCards in place. An ideal stocking-stuffer or gift for clients, they'll be available from mid-November. Watch this space for details!

'My mini-mini portfolio'

Simon Warren's MiniCards As you know, we've recently updated our MiniCards, with even more options for personalisation. One MOO devotee tempted by these changes is location photographer Simon Warren. A hardcore Business Card fan, he's been experimenting with MiniCards, and has found them an interesting and quirky way to promote his work - find out more about what he has to say.

Market your business for the festive season

For businesses, it's never too early to start thinking about the holidays. It's the ideal time to promote your products, whether that's through seasonal promotion codes, festive packaging or memorable client gifts. We've come up with a few marketing ideas for you to try:

Holiday Cards
Hang out for a little bit longer

It's nice getting real mail! Send your clients a personalised Greeting Card, instead of yet another email in their inbox - to help them remember you well into the New Year. You can even remove MOO's logo from the back of the cards and put yours there instead, for added personalisation. Create cards with a personal message or client image you know they'll love.

Cracking the Christmas code

Perch Cards It's a recession Christmas and everyone's trying to save money. Why not order Christmas MiniCards with a discount code on the back to give away with your products during the run-up to the Christmas season?

Don't forget you can now upload a full design for the reverse of your cards, like these from Perch!

Nice package!

Jolicious Jewellery Half the fun of the holidays is in the packing and wrapping, so make yours extra-special with festive MiniCards.

Use your own images, or take inspiration from Jolicious jewellery and try something by MOO Ready Mades. There's MiniCards, Business Cards and a range of other festive cards to choose from.

Sharing your ideas (and getting your name out there!)

We're planning on featuring more festive ideas in the coming months, both here in the newsletter, and on the MOO blog. As you know we love to feature our most creative customers - so GET IN TOUCH! If you've got tips, tricks or ideas to share, do let us know, we'd love to feature you too. Don't forget to use "Festive marketing ideas" as a subject line.

Finding that perfect photo

Fotolia photo Fancy making some festive Greeting Cards or Postcards, but haven't found the perfect image yet?

Never fear: not only are stock photo sites such as Fotolia (whose images we've borrowed, right), PhotoXpress and iStockphoto an ideal way for budding photographers to get their names out there and earn some money, they're also perfect for those of us who aren't budding photographers to source beautiful pictures for our Christmas and Holiday cards!

With thousands of images to choose from it's easy (and cheap) to create something really special for clients, family and friends or even personalise your Business Cards.

And that's all for now,

See you soon,
The MOO Crew

To make sure you receive your newsletters without any problems each month, please add us to your list of ‘safe senders’ - or your 'white list'!
