It's the MOOsLETTER!
Hurry! Not much time left to make a MOOvie!

James Alliban video
Our little MOOvie Competition, is coming to a close. On July 31st the judging will start, to determine who will win over £700 - or approx $1200 - worth of prizes! There’s still time to get your entries in, so if you’ve made a film or animation about your cards (recently, or in the past!) just let us know about it on the blog.

The still on the left is from an amazing video by James Alliban. Watch the video and find how he’s using MOO!

Tip: Making the most of your loyal customers
Referral photo cards
As any freelancer or small business person knows, the best kind of advertising is often word of mouth. There's nothing better than a satisfied client - excited about the completion of a job well done - sharing your contact details with a friend or colleague.

This cute package was made by photographer, Sarah Thomas. By dividing a pack of MiniCards into sets of ten, she was able to create ten unique 'recommend a friend' sets with photographs personal to each client. A delight to receive and sure to be talked about, it’s a fantastic way to inspire loyalty among your customers. We’ve mentioned a few more marketing ideas like this on the blog.

Don’t get in a muddle

Huddle Business Cards I’m not sure which came first, MOO using Huddle or Huddle using MOO, but somewhere along the line our paths crossed! We use them as they’re a great service for managing and sharing projects among our team. We share documents, tasks, comments and diaries. They use us of course, to make their lovely Business Cards! If you fancy trying them out and seeing how they could help your team, they’ve given MOO users a free month trial of the £10 account! It’s helped us - hopefully it could help you too.

Poker-faced, but pretty!
MOO Poker Cards
(This story is for our more technical friends...)
The dev team here at MOO started using the 'Agile Scrum' methodology for managing our software development projects at the beginning of the year. As part of this process, we made our own 'planning poker' cards... On small scraps of paper. Swiftly realising we had the means to make something nicer, the design team was drafted in to help and lo-and-behold, pretty planning poker cards! One of our developers, Nicky, explains them in more detail on the blog. Need some cards yourself? Use our templates, and upload your own logo or text to the reverse.

And that's all for now,

Have a great week,
The MOO Crew
