- What are MOO Gift Certificates?

MOO gift certificates are basically special codes you can purchase, to give as a gift. Each code entitles the recipient to make the product you've chosen and paid for, without having to pay any money themselves. All gift certificates also include shipping for the chosen product, to anywhere in the world.
When you buy a MOO Gift Certificate you will be e-mailed with the special code as well as a printable PDF which includes the code so that you can print it out, turn it into a folded card and present with a flourish!
Gift Certificates are perfect for sending to people far away (low postage costs), at the last minute (instant delivery) and for people who can be tricky to buy for (the recipient can choose the images they would like to print - it means you'll never get the present wrong!)
- Sounds good... how do I buy them?
- Head over to the Gift Certificate page, and select the type of product, and the amount you would like to give. Click 'add to cart' and you can pay for the Certificates at the payment page.
- So, do I buy a certificate for a value - say - or do I choose which products I want?

At MOO, you give the gift of the product (and the global shipping), rather than a cash value.
We've done it this way so the people you are giving the gift to will be able to make a product and wont be stuck with an awkward amount of spare cash at the end. (There's nothing more annoying than having a gift of making a StickerBook and being stuck with a few dollars change, which isn't quite enough to buy another product!)
- Can I send one person 3 packs of the same product?
- Yes you can. Simply enter 3 as the amount on the Gift Certificate page. You will receive a seperate code for each one, which means the lucky recipient can use them over time, rather than being forced to use them all at once.
- I've seen a special promotion that you're running on the site. Can I qualify for it if I buy a Certificate for that product whilst the offer is going on?
- No, we're afraid not. Gift Certificates work independently to MOO promotions
- I'm claiming a Gift Certificate and have seen that there is a promotion on for the product I'm claiming. Can I still qualify for the promotion?
- No, I'm afraid you can't. Gift Certificates work independently to MOO promotions, and have no cash value in this way. If you'd like to take advantage of the promotion, perhaps you could save your certificate for another time.
- I'm claiming a Gift Certificate but would like to buy some more MOO stuff in the same order. Is this possible?
- Yes! You can add any number of MOO products to the basket. When you reach the payment page, enter your Certificate code to the 'promocode' box and it will discount the correct amount from your total order.
- I've been given more than one MOO Gift Certificate. Can I use them in the same order?
- Unfortunately not... you are only able to enter one Gift Certificate code each time.
