A couple of weeks ago we started thinking about famous characters and how they would design their own business cards. A few hours later we had a design mocked up for Zeus and thought it would be be fun to open the doors and invite anyone to design a card for the king of the gods himself (with a prize for the best design).
We had some fantastic entries but are pleased to announce that Mike Molloy has been chosen as the winner of the Zeus cards competition. You can check out Mike’s design below:
We’ve been so impressed that we also decided to award three runners up prizes and these have been awarded to Joachim Berg, Giovanni Sánchez and Mark Draper. Congratulations!
You can find all the entries in our Facebook Zeus Card gallery.
We had so much fun with this competition we’ve decided to run a second, with the focus this month on the Tooth Fairy. Our designer, Jovanna, set out to create something original and I think we can all agree that the Tooth Fairy Card is just that:
As with the Zeus competition – everyone who sends us a design will be entered into our competition to win $300 cash and $100 to spend at MOO.
Email your Tooth Fairy card designs to firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a link to them in the comments below by midnight (PST) on Wednesday 20th June and well get Monika from our design team to pick a winner.
Good luck everyone!
Can we submit 2 or more entries?
Here’s my entry for the contest…great idea!
This was a super fun exercise. I worked on the design of the concept that my 6 & 9 year old daughters came up with.
The design is located here: http://ainsworthstudio.com/moo/Tooth-Fairy-Biz-Cards.jpg
We are really hoping that we win. If so, the girls will buy a Nintendo Wii!

Unfortunately it’s a bit small but in original size it wouldn’ fit in my blog. I really had fun doing this as I love fairies!
I made two
I started with this:
and then thought, what would the tooth fairy look like if she was in India, and then went ahead and created an Indian version, a Tooth Goddess.. here is the final work:
