MOO USA & Thanksgiving
If you’ve got that festive feeling and you’re planning to place an order for some cards, stickers, labels or accessories through the MOO US site this week, please be aware that our Rhode Island office is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday (24th & 25th November).
After filling their faces with turkey the US Customer Service team will be taking a (well deserved!) four day weekend. If you need to contact the CS team for any reason, please be patient – we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.
(The UK Customer Service team will be on email and Live Chat to help answer your questions while the US fills up on pumpkin pie.)
As always, whatever day of the year, you’ll still be able to place orders through our US Store, but with the office closed for a couple of days there may be a short delay in shipping your order to you.
As we’re still hard at work in the UK MOO HQ, any orders placed through the UK Store (for Europe and the Rest of the World) will be unaffected.
