Dan Moross, our charming and very patient head of MOO Customer Services, has put together the most frequently asked of all the Frequently Asked Questions. We hope it helps!

1. How long will it take to get my order?
It depends what you’ve ordered and which shipping method you have selected.
Generally speaking standard turnaround time for US and UK customers is 6-8 working days, unless you are ordering stickers, which tends to add a couple of days (as they take a little longer to print).
We’ll show you an estimated delivery date when you make your order, but if you would like to calculate your order’s turnaround time, check out our cost calculator.

Just when we think there aren’t any more new things you could possibly do with your MiniCards, you go and prove us wrong! We love it when we discover new ways to self-market using MiniCards – and these are two of our new favourites.
Meet the Feebles
Independent French designers, Anaël Moreau and Gaëtan Guerlais aka The Feebles, are a formidable team. By day, they work in advertising, but by night, they are drowning in creative enterprises. Fine arts, drawing, art design, street art, photography; it seems there’s no medium they can’t turn their talented hands to – including video! This awesome shoot was created using stop-motion techniques, starring the humble MiniCard.
Like everyone the world over, we were shocked and deeply upset when the earthquake and subsequent tsunami hit Japan last week. We all wanted to help, so MOO HQ and many individual members of the MOO Crew, have donated via the Red Cross website. The Red Cross does an absolutely amazing job of distributing the funds raised by donations to give stricken areas of the world the help and support they need.
We’ve also been really impressed by some of the generosity and kindness shown by some of the businesses, small and large, that we use and work alongside. So we wanted to show you a selection of what other people are doing to help Japan’s plight:

Well, we knew it wouldn’t take you long to grab our new double-sided Postcards and put your personal stamp all over it – and we weren’t disappointed. Over the last few months, we’ve been watching Flickr with a hawk-eye for anything extraordinary, and as you can see, we were spoilt for choice.
Stylish photographer Kylie Clarke Photography has taken full advantage of being able to upload pdfs to both sides of the Postcard, by branding both sides of her promo Postcards with her arresting images, plus contact details.

Though they’re hooked up digitally with SoundCloud, Facebook, Twitter, Last FM and Myspace, some of our MOOsters have been promoting their music brilliantly offline as well.
If you want to make a standout promo package, take inspiration from graphic designer Nick Edell, who used TCB‘s light-paintings to create dynamic artwork for a Tripswitch release. Seeing it, savvy label Section Records integrated it – and their own logo – onto Business Cards, Minicards and Postcards as a part of the promotional campaign.
Section put together a promotional press package for radio and print - saving the MiniCards to hand out at gigs, naturally!
