Alot of you receive our MOOsletter and will already know that a few of the MOO Crew are off to SXSWi.
We’ll be hanging out at the UK Digital Mission Booth on Saturday March 13th from noon – 3pm. Come by to pick up your pre-orders or just to say hello and we can exchange cards. We look forward to seeing you all in Austin.
If you’ve been to SXSW or any conference before, you’ll know there’s a lot of great socializing (ahem, I mean networking). You get a chance to meet people from all parts of the US, Canada and even some from further afield. The problem I find is remembering everyone I met and why I want to …Continue reading this article…
We’re always interested in finding out more about our clients – how they started out, what motivates them and how they adapt our products to suit their different types of businesses and projects. So we got VERY excited about the chance of talking to not just one but FOUR fashion professionals about themselves and the different ways they use MOO to promote their work. The web is full of social networks. Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, Bebo, LinkedIn, XING, and now… Google Buzz.
Google launched their own foray into the world of social networking last week (somewhat a little later than it’s search rival Yahoo!) with what seems like little concern for privacy, but aptly a lot of Buzz.

We’ve always found the shots in the Flickr Pool inspirational. There’s everything there from packaging ideas to illustration inspiration. Great Postcards to market a photography business or lovely ideas for wedding thank you cards.
So, if you’re on the look out for some ideas as to what you can do with MOO, grab a cuppa and have a browse:
It would be silly to say a cheap we ‘love you’, just because it’s Valentine’s Day this Sunday – after all, we’ve never even met some of you! It does seem rather forward.
Having said that, we really do like you alot. Yes, you.
So in-between gazing lovingly at your partner, or scowling because the restaurants and florists seem to’ve put their prices up again, be nice to yourself too, and get a bargain.
We often showcase wedding photographer Rima Darwash’s sumptuous range of bespoke MOO Business Cards at trade shows as excellent examples of their type. Vibrant, moving and full of soul, her images reflect the passion and flair she has for her work and, when it comes to promoting her business, her cards speak volumes. We thought it was about time we talked to the woman behind the camera to find out a bit more about her inspiration, her passion for photography and building up a business from scratch. We also wanted to get some sneaky tips on how she uses MOO to promote her business…
Describing her work as her “true calling”, Rima’s first …Continue reading this article…
