We’ve been making some changes to certain parts of our Customer Service program and wanted to keep you informed – here are some of the highlights of our recent changes….
Since the launch of MOO’s US store, we have split the CS team between London, UK and Providence, Rhode Island. This has meant some new additions to the CS family. We recently hired a new CS Supervisor in the UK (Meir), adding to the expertise of Fauzia and Ricardo (our UK reps).
In the US, we’ve had Dan SJ and Shay on board since May and a new rep, David, joined us very recently. While we are obviously all on the same side, there is some friendly rivalry between the two crews, prompting some members of the team to compete for the best CS feedback.

We’ve devised a brand-new sample pack, containing examples of all our products. These sample packs also give information on pricing, pack sizes and some inspirational content. If you would like to receive a sample pack, please contact the CS team and quote “Sample Pack” in the subject line.
MOO has a new bulk order program, with great discounts across our entire product range. Basically, the more you order, the cheaper each item will be! We offer automatic bulk discounts on all our products, but if you get in touch with us first, we’ll send you a further discount code based on the size of your order.
So if you are going to place a large order, please do get in touch with the CS team and quote “Bulk Order” in the subject line.

Thanks loads for the timely delivery and beautiful print job of my new cards. I am a first time user and would love to see more pics for Christian designs – non cartoonish. Suggested search words would be: cross (there, but only a couple) angel (non-holiday scene), crown (beautimus one), communion, more beautiful church scenes like the painted windows, etc. Just an fyi – non catholics don’t normally select things showing Jesus on the cross so if you put some more crosses, put some empty. I am also a first time user and sooo impressed. Moo Cards are like art candy, such wonderful little gifts they are! I ordered the smsllest order first just to see what they were like and then came back and placed a double order- AND got my free 50 biz cards. Seriously love your product thank you. I have a video coming out and thought I would make (expensive) DVDs and give them to select people but now I can give the video to everyone by putting its Vimeo addy on the MOO cards. My two daughters and I all ordered MOO business cards, and unknown to us, with your hundreds of beautiful choices, we all ordered the EXACT same style! What are the chances of that happening? We have been generously comlimented on them too! Also, we all agree that you have a rising star in your customer service rep Shay!
I had a batch of cards printed specially for my trip to Israel to shoot a documentary. It’s amazing how people respond when I had them one of my business cards from Moo. They instantly comment on the feel, the texture and the look of the card. Suddenly, I am even more professional in their eyes. It’s a mooving experience. Todah Rabbah! (Big Thanks)

I love my little cards so much! You do a perfect job and for so little money. I love that I can use my own photo’s to share with friends. I juse them for my pet sitting clients.
Just a little correction on your new paragraph introducing the new US team. The last sentence should read “they’re” instead of “They’ve” Love you guys!
