Ray Checks for Skeletons
Typically when a company like MOO is out to close down one small business, you can find evidence of their wrongdoing somewhere. Not official evidence, of course, but more like… the impression of evidence. In other words, the more people you talk to–the stronger impression of their true nature you get. So I set about interviewing MOO clients. I figured I’d hear rumbles of dissatisfaction, echoes of Mary’s complaint. Boy was I wrong. Everywhere I turned, I heard quotes like these:
“We’re always delighted with the results.”
“moo.com has been great for my business.”
“I love my MOO!”
Something, as the man says, was rotten in the state of Denmark. And I was beginning to see, metaphorically of course, that is was probably our client.
