We love to print
Skip navigationGood afternoon everyone. Before we crack on with this afternoon’s two clues, I thought I’d update you on what happened with the MOO MiniCard banner for the People Powered SXSW party. You may remember that a couple of weeks ago, we invited everyone to submit cards and images to the banner….
Sadly, the MOO Crew who went to the party were so drunk busy, that they forgot to take any photos of the banner. However, we did take a little photo of all the nice packets that came through the mail. (See if you can spot yours?)
So thank you very much for contributing. Now, enough about the party, let’s get on with the clues…
Clue for Egg Thirty-Six
Let us say this by means of illustration.
If today weren’t today, but tomorrow,
Can you imagine our immense frustration?
Not to mention, our feelings of sorrow?
Keep your eyes on the margin of perception
Until the clue lines up like an arrow.
Next the vampire’s formal conversation
Zigzags like a mad specter’s barrow.
Hint #1: You’ll need to be on a site hinted at by the first two lines.
Hint #2: The second stanza contains a name to look for.
Hint #3: Formal Conversation with the Vampire? That’s not what the book is called, is it?
Clue for Egg Thirty-Seven
Bill babbled brilliantly,
Laughed loud, laughed long.
Open output of opulent optics
Guarantees gregarious gusto.
Everyone enjoys easy exposure,
Agilely adding artistic apertures.
Some snap sumptuous scenes,
Taken ‘t temperate twilight
Each eggcellent example examined,
Regarded regally, reproduced.
Hint #1: The main site you need is hinted at by the words, optics, exposure and aperture.
Hint #2: There are three other important hints hidden in this rhyme as well.
Hint #3: They include answers to where you should go on the site in question, what you should do when you get there and the word you should do it with.
———-
And finally, the hints, locations and resting places of Eggs Thirty-Three and Thirty-Four - the Egg Cracking heroes are:
Egg Thirty-Three: Morgan Levy, at 17.04
Hint #1: There are only three syllables you need from this clue.
Hint #2: They’re repeated twice.
Hint #3: The three repeated syllables are all at the beginning of lines.
Still stuck? We’d hidden this little egg in a photo album in MOO’s group on Bebo!
Egg Thirty-Four: Zachary Rethorn, at 17.01
Hint #1: Time to check the prize list again!
Hint #2: Then you must figure out what’s material to solving the rhyme!
Hint #3: Unless you don’t have any designs on the prize!
Still stuck? The egg was hidden on MOO Egg Hunt partner Styleshake!

Wow, these are really cryptic… I think I’m going to need some hints. :-(
I feel like I should be able to find the second one without too much trouble, but I don’t know where to start looking! So many possibilities…
I know what to look for for 37 just not where ugh!
oh I totally got 36!! er, I think? I found one, anyway…
got 37!
37 is killing me! The clues seem so obvious and yet… I’m stuck!
ps: Moo, don’t want you to think I’m cheating… helping my mom play now because I think I’ve won the max amount of times!
oh, see i know where to look for 37 but i just cant find the damn thing LOL
I am so stumped! I can get some clues out of 37, but…earch? Supposed to be search? I do, but get nothing!
@Morgan: Any tips you can give me? I think you can kinda see where I’m headed. I feel like maybe there’s a trick? I do site:moo.com, is that right? Thanks lots!
36 is killing me! Argh! I’m stumped. :)
37 - The poem should tell you where you’re headed. Read it all the way through to figure out the site, without looking for any hidden meaning.
Then read it over again. The first verse will tell you where to go on the site. The second verse will tell you what to do when you’re there.
Hope that helps!
so sorry i only got home now! got them both
Moo, if we’ve won five times can we win the big grand prize?
I’d like to hunt for more eggs but I’m scared of venturing too close to 5 and then having the potential problem of not being able to win the grand prize..
thanks!
Moo- This has been great, i only wish I had heard about it sooner so I could have started playing from egg one!
I was wondering if you guys have thought of selling sticker books of the eggs. I’m taking a toy class and we just made lucha libre masks so I showed my teacher the eggs and he thought they were awesome.
I’d definitely be interested egg stickers!
thanks!
p.s. 36 is driving me crazy!
i need help with these, they are super confusing - thank you!!

Thank you Morgan! You’re great at this! My problem is I keep forgetting that I can look beyond MOO’s place on these sites to the sites themselves. Everybody is really in on it!
Look! More hints!
Argh! Finally got #36, and learnt something about my attention span along the way: as it turns out, I was on the page where the egg was hiding four hours ago, but missed it because I was flipping between IE and MSN. Oops! :(
You guys are really rolling out the tough clues!! Last day of the online egghunt. Thanks for organising something so fun!! :)
